Since 2012, the Czech manufacturing plant has been part of the Rotor Clip Company, Inc., founded in 1957 by Robert Slass in Farmingdale, NY. Since 1972, the company has been based in Somerset, NJ. The company was taken over by sons Jonathan Slass and Craig Slass, who take care of the day-to-day operations of the company and manage its global expansion. In addition to the Czech Republic, the company also has offices in Sheffield, England, Idstein, Germany, and Shanghai, China, providing global customer service.
