The village of Mladějov is located in the district of Jičín in close proximity to the Bohemian Paradise. It covers an area of 1204 ha and at an altitude of 285 m above sea level. The local parts of Hubojedy, Bacov, Loveč, Pařízek, Roveň u Sobotky, Kozlov and Střeleč belong to Mladějov. The first written mention of the village dates from 1352. At present, 513 inhabitants live in our village.
