The village of Prosečné is located in the Krkonoše foothills, about 15 kilometers from the town of Trutnov. Prosečné is located at an altitude of 378 m above sea level and has an area of 8.33 km2. The first mention of the village dates back to 1342. At present, the village Prosečné has 550 permanent residents. Thanks to its location, it is an ideal place to spend a holiday near the Giant Mountains.
