The company STAVEBNÍ PODNIK PŘELOUČ, s.r.o. is a purely Czech company, which was founded in November 1992. We are engaged in the construction of new and modification of older buildings. We perform all construction work.
Our construction company realizes turnkey family houses with an individual approach to each customer. We offer construction of houses, agricultural and industrial buildings, garden houses, garages and their reconstruction. The activities of our construction company also include the reconstruction of family houses.
We produce and import certified concrete from the central concrete plant from the headquarters of our company. According to the customer's wishes, we perform foundation, vertical, masonry and ceiling structures, including the roof. If necessary, we will advise customers on what material to insulate. For thermal insulation we use ETICS thermal insulation systems from the manufacturer JUB (Jubizol), BASF (Multitherm), AUSTIS (Sanatherm), TERANOVA (Weber).
