We deal with professional painting using cataphoresis.
Cataphoresis = electrophoretic coating process in which the product is immersed in a bath of paint and connected as a cathode. This process is fully automated and is based on the movement of positively charged solution particles, paint outside the electrical surface towards the opposite pole, which is the metal part to be painted. This creates an anti-corrosion layer of uniform thickness not only on the surface of the part, but also in less accessible places, such as various bends.
Materials that can be used to cover the varnish:
- steel (hot / cold, galvanized, stainless)
forged steel parts
- galvanized or zinc parts
- copper and brass
- aluminum parts (forged and extruded).
We control the quality of our products in our own conditions and we also cooperate with renowned European laboratories.
Procedure for applying paint:
- pre-degreasing
- degreasing
- rinse
- cationic phosphate
- rinse
- rinsing with demineralized water
- varnishing (paint layer 15-35 microns)
- drying and polymerization (30 minutes in an oven at 180 ° C).
Our company was established in 2000 as a sister company of GRUPO KATAFORESIS Spain. The group in Spain deals with three types of paint application: Cataphoresis, wet and powder coating.
