Mlékárna Polná spol.s r.o. has a long tradition. We process around 12 million liters of milk a year, which we buy in ecologically preserved areas of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands in close cooperation with agricultural primary producers. In our menu you will find Balakánský cheese, natural semi-hard kneaded cheese Zlatá Praha and also steamed cheeses.
