The Czech-Moravian Trade Union of Education Workers is a professional trade union that mainly brings together employees in education, pensioners and unemployed people who worked in education, regardless of political affiliation, nationality, religion, race or gender. A natural person can also be our member after finishing school.
The Czech-Moravian Trade Union of Education Workers is a civic association whose areas of interest are also the areas of interest of employees, who, however, have no chance to influence the employer or public administration bodies and local governments.
Main mission:
- defending the rights of its members and enforcing their legitimate economic, social, labor law and professional demands against state and self-governing bodies, organizations and employers
- improving the working and living conditions of its members
- provision of legal assistance and advice
- participation in legislative processes and promotion of proposals aimed at fulfilling the goals of the trade union
- processing of analyzes and forecasts
- creation of a system of information and coordination of intra-union relations and activities
- performance of control activities in the field of safety and health protection at work.
