The company GEOMARK, s.r.o. deals with surveying work in investment construction and in the real estate cadastre.
Much of the activity involves geometric plans:
for dividing the land
for marking the building in the National Register of Land Registry (for approval)
to change the land boundary
to mark the progress of the easement on part of the land
for the course of the boundaries laid out or specified by the owners
We also offer geodetic work in the creation of map documents, which are important for subsequent design and architectural work - the so-called elevation and topography.
We prepare documentation of the actual construction of sewers, gas pipelines, water pipes, etc.
