The GW JIHOTRANS group is a group of transport and service companies with a long-standing tradition, system and experience in the field of road transport, logistics services and repair, which has been going on since 1949.
In modern history, it has undergone meaningful and targeted development since delimitation from the former regional enterprise ČSAD in 1991, privatization and the subsequent development and expansion of business activities.
After the restructuring carried out in 2015, the group consists of the entities listed below. Individual companies are subject to unified management and therefore form a concern within the meaning of Section 79 of the Business Corporations Act.
