Architectural and design activities are the main activity of T PROJEKT AED s.r.o. from Břeclav. We will also take care of construction and technical supervision and provide all documentation and permits related to engineering networks.

Architectural, design activities:
- we provide everything from the study to the implementation project
- we will design the dispositional, volumetric solution of the building and its location in the field
- we process the overall visualization of the object
- we will create project documentation both for the construction management (including the item budget) and for the issuance of a zoning decision or building permit
- we will help with the selection of a supplier
We will also take care of engineering activities - we will represent you in the ranks, where we will discuss the project documentation and obtain the appropriate permits:
- decision on the location of the building
- building permit / construction notification
- approval decision
Throughout the construction period, we look after construction, author and technical supervision:
- quality of construction works
- control of budgets, costs
- compliance with the approved project documentation
