The village of Rajnochovice is a highly attractive tourist center of the Hostýnské vrchy, where the highest peaks Kelčský Javorník (865 m above sea level) and Čerňava (844 m above sea level) are located. It is a diverse village mainly wooded with many clearings, which are a reflection of historical settlement.
Rajnochovice is an area of peace in the heart of the Hostýnské vrchy nature park. Due to the large proportion of forests, the climate here is comparable to the Austrian Alps (climatic spas were located here in the past). The river Juhyně flows through the main and longest valley.
Houses and cottages are scattered almost all over the territory, often in clearings and solitudes. In the summer, the number of inhabitants is up to three times, there are over 550 holiday cottages and buildings alone.
The most important historical architectural monument in Rajnochovice is the local church of St. Anne. The church is an architectural jewel of the Baroque. It is also called the "Wallachian cathedral" for its dimensions (floor plan 38 x 12 m).
