The company Plastor s.r.o. operates in the field of PUR-polyurethane chemistry with a focus on the development, production and sale of polyurethanes - polyurethane systems, boards, foams, elastomers, adhesives, binders.
We have clients all over the Czech Republic, we are based in the Zlín district.
We are holders of the ČSN ISO 9001:2001 certificate.
Two-component polyurethane systems:
- soft foam systems are used in the electrotechnical industry for sealing
- semi-hard and hard foams are used in the rubber and furniture industry
-systems for compact casting polyurethanes are used in various technical applications.
We supply polyurethane elastomers in different degrees of hardness from 15 to 98 ShA and in different colors, they have high abrasion resistance, strength, toughness and flexibility.
Some elastomers prepared by us have a food certificate.

We deliver bonding systems according to the customer's wishes, thanks to the great variability of input raw materials we produce one-component and two-component systems and air moisture cross-linking.
Use in the furniture industry when joining soft crumb, in the production of technical parts for joining textile, polyurethane or rubber crumb.
Polyurethane adhesives - one-component and two-component fast-drying, waterproof adhesives with high adhesive strength. Suitable for the footwear industry and for gluing parts from different materials.
Polyurethane spraying - application of a polyurethane layer of different thickness and hardness on the part in order to increase protection against corrosion, chemical influences, weather influences and against scratches (e.g. for new cars as body protection):
