Traffic psychologist PhDr. Kateřina Svobodová offers traffic psychological examinations of drivers, so-called psychotests for drivers. This examination may only be performed by a psychologist who has obtained accreditation from the Ministry of Transport. The law stipulates in which cases the obligation to undergo these examinations applies, these are mainly professional drivers of motor vehicles, scored drivers who have achieved 12 penalty points, as well as for drivers with a ban on activities by a decision of the executive body.

- foreign drivers with ignorance of the Czech language or impaired understanding of the Czech language.
