Moravia Tech, a.s. is a company from Czech Republic, an EU member state, specialised in the manufacturing of high quality castings.
We ship our products to Slovakia and abroad.
Our castings are made of carbon steels, low and medium alloy steels, stainless steels and partially from non-ferrous materials. We also quarry and sell sand and gravel and other bulk materials from our own sand pit.
Precision casting foundry
- production capacity of up to 200 tonnes per year. All of our castings are custom manufactured to meet customer specifications in weights from 10 g to 20 kg and in production series from 1 to 200, 000 units per year. Castings are cast from carbon, low to medium alloy and stainless steels and partially from non-ferrous materials. All castings are delivered with quality certificates for their chemical composition. Product quality is assured per the CSN EN 1559-1, CSN EN 1559-2 and CSN EN 10204 standards.
Quarrying and sales of gravel and sand and other bulk materials.
- We quarry our own sand pit located in Hrušovany u Brna. We also extract brick clay from clay pits in Hevlín, Novosedly and Holice. Our fleet includes TATRA T815 EURO 2 and TATRA T815 EURO 5 trucks, CAT 906, CAT 928 G, CAT 962 G II, CAT 962 H and CAT 972 G loaders, Caterpillar CAT D6R XL and CAT D6T XL bulldozers and a CAT 330 D excavator.

- compaction material (cover layer - ferreto-stabilisation soil)
