The village of Myslejovice is part of the Prostějov district and the Olomouc region. The relevant municipality with extended jurisdiction is the city of Prostějov. About 670 inhabitants officially live in the cadastre of this medium-sized village. Myslejovice has three local parts, namely: Kobylničky, Křenůvky and Myslejovice.
