The municipality of Ústín is in written sources
appears for the first time in 1078, when it belonged
secular feudal lords.
The Premonstratensian monastery Hradisko had here
at that time three sub-lengths, but gradually
acquired more property, until finally in
in the second half of the 14th century he acquired
own the whole village.
Ústín remained in the possession of the Premonstratensians until
until 1784, when as a result
of the Josephine reforms was canceled i
Hradisko monastery.
Ústín, the same as other villages from
monastic estate, fell first
religious fund, then in 1827
it was bought by the Count of Saint Genois and his
Ústín remained in ownership until
abolition of serfdom in 1848.

The subdivision of this yard was carried out by Baron Skal from Vienna.
All employees at the time who wanted were given a building plot and about 3 hectares of field.
This created a settlement near the village called Skalov after the above-named baron.
The name Ústín-Skalov was canceled only after World War II.
