We focus on piece production, small and medium series. We also make larger series, in the case of the production of components such as flow or hollow screws, nuts including cap or crown nuts, washers, furs, flow eyes, hose fittings, sockets, nipples, sockets, reducers, plugs. We produce from bar material or we process delivered semi-finished products supplied by the customer, eg simpler castings or forgings or pins for tracked vehicles, etc.
We produce from various types of steel, including stainless steel and cast iron. We also machine non-ferrous metals, such as copper, bronze, brass, aluminum, as well as plastics or pertinax. We are able to produce in a tolerance of 0, 03 mm.
We own two CNC lathes without driven tools, the turning parameters are as follows:
Turning diameter [mm]: 360, Turning diameter above the slide [mm]: 170, Spindle bore [mm]: 38
Turning diameter [mm]: 500, Turning diameter above the slide [mm]: 260, Spindle bore [mm]: 50
We also machine on two center lathes SV 18 RD and SUI 40.
We are also able to provide raking or work on a column drill, such as drilling securing holes, drilling nozzles from pr. 0.5 mm, drilling of flow screws, in addition, also finishing work on semi-finished products.
We produce from the material supplied by the customer, but we can also provide complete production, including material and surface treatment.
