Hošťálkovy (German Gotschdorf, Polish Hoszczalkowy) is a village in the Bruntál district.
The village of Hošťálkovy borders Albrechtice to the north, Krnov to the east, Brantice and Krasov to the south, and Holčovice and Karlovice to the west.
The main stream of the village is Kobylí potok, which runs from west to east.
The territory of the municipality covers 39% agricultural land (11.5% arable land, 25.5% meadows and pastures), 56% forest and 5% built-up and other (e.g. industrial) areas.
The village of Hošťálkovy is located in the territory of historical Silesia.
The first written mention of the village is from 1281.
It was originally part of the Opava principality, from 1477 the Linhartova manor, and in 1566 it became an independent estate. In 1582, it became the property of the Skrbenský family from Hříště.
